These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Wotiko platform, including the driver mobile application, venue dashboard, and WhatsApp-based customer communication system. Wotiko is a service developed and operated by Creativano.


By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Description
Wotiko is a valet parking management system designed to streamline vehicle parking and retrieval operations at participating venues. The platform includes:

  • A driver mobile application used by valet drivers

  • A venue dashboard used by operators

  • Automated WhatsApp notifications for customers

The system helps manage parking assignments, vehicle locations, and retrieval requests efficiently.

2. Eligibility
The platform is intended for:

  • Authorized venue operators

  • Registered valet drivers

  • Customers using valet services at participating venues

Users must provide accurate information when interacting with the system.

3. Use of the Platform
Users agree to use the platform only for legitimate valet parking operations.
The following actions are prohibited:

  • Unauthorized access to the system

  • Attempting to disrupt or damage platform services

  • Misuse of customer data

  • Use of the platform for illegal activities

4. Customer Communication
Customers may receive automated notifications via WhatsApp related to valet services. These communications may include:

  • Parking confirmations

  • Vehicle readiness notifications

  • Security verification codes

  • Status updates for car retrieval

These notifications are part of the operational workflow of the valet service.

5. Driver Responsibilities
Valet drivers using the Wotiko mobile application must:

  • Use the system only during active service operations

  • Accurately log parking locations and vehicle details

  • Protect customer vehicles and information

  • Follow venue-specific operational guidelines

Drivers are responsible for the proper handling of vehicles entrusted to them.

6. Platform Availability
Creativano strives to maintain reliable service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors such as:

  • Technical maintenance

  • Network issues

  • Third-party service interruptions

7. Limitation of Liability
Creativano provides the Wotiko platform as a management tool for valet operations.
Creativano is not responsible for:

  • Physical damage to vehicles

  • Loss of personal belongings inside vehicles

  • Operational decisions made by venue operators or drivers

Responsibility for vehicle handling lies with the valet service provider at the venue.

8. Intellectual Property
All platform components including software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Creativano.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without permission.
 

9. Termination of Access
Creativano reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if users violate these Terms and Conditions or misuse the service.
 

10. Updates to the Terms
Creativano may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
